Before you begin pre-registration, please create your free Main Street Radiology patient portal account. This patient portal gives you secure online access to view and download your report along with the ability to view the images captured during your visit.

Call or text to schedule an appointment. You may text us  any required information (name, date of birth, and a picture of your prescription.) and a scheduling representative will be in touch.
